The pre-workshop assessment highlights the top 5-10 strengths that you have and how they show up at work, in your relationships and in your daily life. With a passion for holistic health, Lana believes that movement should be accessible to everybody and what that looks like is different for everyone.
Qualified in various training methods, including traditional strength and conditioning, Power Vinyasa, Yin, and Pilates. Lana places a strong emphasis on alignment and connection between mind, body, and breath encouraging her students to listen to what their bodies need every time they step foot in the gym or on their mat.

A passionate dietitian with a bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. Madi focuses on women’s health conditions, specialising in pelvic pain, inflammatory conditions such as endometriosis & adenomyosis as well as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) & pregnancy nutrition. She is also dedicated to elevating people's energy levels, aiming to enhance their productivity and empower them to thrive in their busy lives.
